2. Payments with deposit

Starting September 2024, you have the chance to book a live event or live webinar, paying only a deposit until two months before the event. Deposits apply for courses of over 500(*in your local currency) value.

The amount of the deposit will be equal to: 
40% of the value of the course, where the live event or live webinar is in between 500 and 700$ (*or your local currency) worth;
30% where the value is over 700$ (*)
The balance has to be paid in full at least 30 days before the event (please see point
2.2).
It will not be possible to purchase with a deposit from two months before the event.

2.1 Deposit refunds:
In the event of unforeseen business or personal circumstances, timely notification by email must be received at least 119 days before the start of the event. In this case, refunds will be processed as follows: 

  • if the request for refund of the deposit occurs 120 days before the start of the event, we will be happy to refund the full amount paid for the deposit
  • if the request is made 119 days before the start of the event, we will not be able to process any refunds and you will not be able to attend the event
Please see point 4.3 for more information about deposit cancellation.

2.2 Balance payment:

We would like to remind you that if the balance is not paid within 30 days of the start date of the event itself, or if, for personal reasons, you have to cancel your participation, the fee paid for the deposit will not be refundable.

 4. Cancellation

4.1 On Demand Video Courses

Our video courses, being in digital format and immediately associated, cannot be refunded. Refunds are only permitted if there is a technical problem or the information presented during the sale is not true. if you encounter issues or require assistance, please contact us.  Any request for information can be sent by our Ticket System (https://www.psychotherapycourses.com/contact/). 

4.2 Live Events (already paid in full)

We guarantee full or partial refund of a future live event, as follow:

  • if you request a refund earlier than 4 months (120 days) before the start date of the event, a full refund will be issued, excluding 5% (to cover administrative costs)
  • if a refund is requested from 4 to 2 months (119 to 60 days) before the start date of the event, a 50% refund will be issued
  • if you request a refund later than 2 months (59 days) before the start date of the event, no refund will be issued

4.3 Deposits

If you purchased a course by paying only the deposit and you wish to withdraw or your situation has changed, please check point 2.1

Please note:

  • the day on which the first communication is sent via the contact form on https://www.psychotherapycourses.com/contact/ is considered as the date of the refund request . Times and dates are considered on London Time Zone (GMT+1)
  • It’ will take up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed and a further 7 working days for the refund to be deposited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. In total, therefore, it may take up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited.

5. Memberships

We do offer yearly Memberships with automatic resubscription. If you do not wish to continue with the subscription, please notify us at least 2 weeks in advance. 

We do offer Membership trials before buying a subscription. Please note at the end of the trial, if you do not unsubscribe within 24 hours, you will be automatically charged for 1 year subscription. 

When purchasing a Membership (or during its trial period) the PDF materials and slides will be available and accessible from our integrate PDF viewer (but not downloadable for Copyright reasons).
You can only download the additional PDF materials and slides for the courses you bought individually.
