You will be introduced to Dr. Gottman’s breakthrough research on thousands of couples to understand the difference between the “Masters” and “Disasters” of relationships. If you are not already doing assessment, this training will teach you how to assess a relationship’s strengths and areas of concern using empirically validated questionnaires.

You will learn practical ways to break negative cycles and foster positivity through mutual support and expressions of love, and explore key interventions to address conflicts and nurture friendship, creating safe spaces where couples can thrive.

Therapists will develop skills to help couples deepen their emotional connection and alignment, through stress-reduction techniques and the co-creation of shared meaning.
