This year, 2023, has been incredible for us at Psychotherapy Courses. It was a year full of innovations in our offices, new features for our clients, a year full of changes, and above all, a year where we reached an incredible milestone: over 5000 clients in just 12 months!

April 2023
The Psychotherapy Courses Blog has come to life. Expert writers have started writing articles on hot topics in psychology, psychotherapy, and mental health in general. We aim to let our fellow psychologists and psychotherapists know what is new and to keep them up to date.
June 2023
We have restructured our Service Team. As of now, an expert in Customer Service has joined us to guarantee our customers faster response times and, above all, more complete and comprehensive answers. But, be ready, this is just the beginning… new ideas, new features, and a new experts are coming very soon!
July 2023
We have landed on Facebook & Instagram. Thanks to a Social Media Manager, we started our journey on social networks to ensure maximum dissemination of our products and projects for patients and, above all, to spread our mission.
August 2023
Our London office has expanded: Poppy & Ella, two incredible young psychologists, have joined the Psychotherapy Courses family to provide a more attentive service to our clients.
September 2023
We have embarked on a major restructuring of all departments to dedicate a higher quality of service to our customers. Every area (from CPD to newsletters, from support to speaker management, and more) has been thoroughly analyzed and optimized regarding procedures and functionality.
October 2023
New graphics and a new logo have characterised this month. Our aim has always been to make navigation on our website pleasant and intuitive. Thanks to months of work and study by a team of graphic designers, we have achieved this goal. But improvements don’t stop here…
November 2023
Psychotherapy Courses has partnered with a European training leader: ISC Training. All clients and dozens of new on-demand courses and future events have been uploaded to psychotherapycourses.com to offer an ever-increasing range of products.
December 2023
To address the needs of our customers worldwide, we decided to implement a currency conversion system and many new payment methods. To the traditional credit card payment, we added Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna * (instalment payment), iDeal, SEPA, Bancontact, Sofort, GiroPay, EPS, Przelewy24, Multibanco, ACH, FPX, BECS, GrabPay, BLIK, PayNow and PromptPay.

What are we planning for 2024?
If 2023 was an important year, we are sure that 2024 will be something even more incredible!
Several new ideas and features have already been planned for the coming ones; let’s look at some of them together.
January 2024
A new member of the Customer Care Team will join us to ensure even faster response times, thus decreasing the current maximum wait of 48 hours to only 12 hours.
February 2024
We will launch a new affiliate system after a few months of testing and agreements. All of our affiliates will be supported by a new member of our staff who will take care of them completely, providing them with dedicated support, tips on how to get the most out of their contacts, weekly webinars on how to take advantage of new technologies, and much more.
In addition to this, for this month, we plan to launch a ‘Loyal Programme’ that will give our best clients access, free of charge, to a set of exclusive material, new features, priority support, monthly webinars, and many other exclusive features that will help psychotherapists and psychologists get the most out of it!
March 2024
Psychotherapy Courses is launching a new YouTube channel full of interviews, exclusive material, insights from internationally renowned speakers, answers to frequently asked questions, and more exclusive content. All are strictly free of charge to offer psychologists and psychotherapists training at the highest level.
April 2024
We are already working on new projects to offer courses on-demand and scheduled events in other languages to reach thousands of psychologists and psychotherapists who do not speak English.
